I received this from a lovely lady I am coaching in response to a Mental Preparedness exercise. I think it excels in spirit and expression. What do you think?
When is the last time that you prepared a gratitude list? Write one and read it again every few days. The list is the arsenal that contains the weapons needed to slay the bearers of negative energy.
Make your list use it next time you experience things that do go your way. Remembering wonderful experiences can transmute negativism into a positive experience. Try It.

8. Cats stretched in front of the fireplace
9. Cats in bed
10. Good first cup of coffee of the day
11. A good book and time to enjoy it
12. A good meal – that I did not have to cook
13. Something you really want ON SALE!!
14. A clean car
15. A clean kitchen – bedroom – house
16. My sister’s voice
17. Movies without commercials
18. Bagels & croissons
19. A raise you didnt expect
20. Stretching
21. Getting a good back rub
22. A flock of parakees flying overhead
23. A trip without hitches or mishaps
24. Being with good friends
25. A secure job thats interesting and stimulating and feels worthwhile

27. An aisle seat on a plane
28. A safe & comfortable flight
29. Adinner party that goes well
30. A day with time for reflection
31. A safe drive through lots of traffic\
